Merino 165 tactical protective layer built from ultra-fine 16.5-micron Merino wool for stable thermoregulation during prolonged operations. The advanced knit ensures rapid drying, natural antibacterial performance, and inherent flame-resistant properties without chemical treatments. Designed for reliable use under intervention suits or as a standalone layer in demanding environments.
Ultimate Zero-G Performance
The engineered square grid construction creates a constant air gap that prevents fabric adhesion to the skin, transforming the base layer into an active pump that redistributes heat and eliminates cold sweat during sustained physical load. Base 90 represents the thinnest, most advanced moisture-management system for high-intensity operations.
Layering
Designed specifically as the first base layer to be worn directly on the skin for maximum efficiency.
1st layer
Base 90 short sleeves
The essential foundation that moves moisture away from the skin immediately.
2nd layer
Seamless 170 or TI 260
Insulating layers that continue the transport of moisture while maintaining heat.
3rd layer
Tactical Jacket / Uniform
Final protection that allows the internal system to breathe.
How to properly care for your t-shirt?
To make your t-shirt last as long as possible and keep its unique properties, it is necessary to follow a few basic rules. Proper care extends the life of the fiber and saves your investment.
Wash at 40 °C
Wash on a regular program. A temperature of 40 °C is ideal for removing dirt and bacteria.
Do not bleach
Chemical bleaches damage the fiber structure and color stability.
Do not tumble dry
High temperatures in the dryer can irreversibly damage elasticity and functional zones.
Do not iron
The material is naturally wrinkle-free. Ironing is not necessary and could burn the fiber.
Do not dry clean
Use only regular detergents (ideally for functional underwear).
No fabric softener
Important! Fabric softener coats the fibers, clogs pores, and the t-shirt stops wicking sweat.
